We are not quite sure what Congressman David Dreier (left) was talking to Sierra Madre Councilman Don Watts about during last week’s dedication of the Mira Monte reservoir in Sierra Made.
However with the recent controversy over Don Watts’ decision to “toss a nickel” on his Mayoral selection at Sierra Madre city council, the possibilities are endless. Therefore we decided to leave to fun of writing a caption to our fun loving readers.
