AAR Commercial/Investment Committee Presents “Commercial Investment Overview”

The Arcadia Association of Realtors will hold a Commercial Success Series Seminar with speaker, David Weinstein on Thursday, January 27, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Association office at 601 S. First Ave in Arcadia. The Commercial/Investment committee offers Realtors the opportunity to market their commercial listings and needs and business opportunities. Also, the committee offers educational sessions, industry networking and other services. This topic of discussion will be “Commercial Investment Overview”. Attendees will learn how to start their career in the commercial investment business, concepts and theories of investing, an overview of commercial transactions, and various career opportunities in commercial investment.
